What we collect, and what we do with it.

Who we are

This site is operated by Jay Shah HUF, trading as Finwisor, AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN 166452) and a PMS distributor (APRN 05431), based in Mumbai, India. For anything on this page, write to jay.shah@finwisor.com.

What we collect

One page collects personal data: the discovery-call form at /book. It asks for your name, WhatsApp number, email address, an indication of your net worth and investable surplus, and the products you are interested in. You choose what to enter, and you can stop at any step.

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, your PAN, Aadhaar, bank account details, passwords or one-time passwords through this website.

The calculators do not send us anything

The FinMap simulator and DIY or DIT run entirely in your browser. The figures you type, and any Excel file you export, never reach our servers. Nothing you enter there is transmitted, stored or seen by us.

Why we collect it

To contact you about the call you asked for, to prepare that conversation, and to decide which products are worth discussing. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who it is shared with

• Resend delivers the notification email to our desk.
• Our CRM at crm.finwisor.com stores the enquiry so we can follow up. It is operated by us and hosted on Supabase.
• TidyCal runs the booking calendar embedded on /book. If you book a slot, TidyCal receives the details you give it under its own privacy policy.
• Vercel hosts this website and processes standard server request logs.

Some of these providers process data outside India. We share only what the service needs to do its job.

Advisory is a separate entity

Finwisor Wealth Management (SEBI RIA INA000022127) is a separate firm at finwisor.org. If you choose an advisory relationship, that firm handles your data under its own privacy policy. We will tell you before anything is passed across.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics events are sent from it today. Your browser may store small preferences locally on your own device; that data stays there.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact with you and for as long afterwards as our record-keeping obligations as a distributor require. Ask us to erase yours and we will, unless a law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, withdraw a consent you gave, and nominate someone to exercise these rights if you cannot. Write to jay.shah@finwisor.com and we will respond.

Grievances

If something here has gone wrong, contact us at jay.shah@finwisor.com or +91 98922 99424. If you are not satisfied with our response you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

If we change what we collect or who we share it with, we will update this page and the date at the top.
